PrintMaster Premier 7.0 is for OS Win9X, W2K. It is not compatible with Vista.
But you try can uninstall & reinstall the software in Vista using the compatibility mode, ie Right click on the setup icon and using the compatibility mode.
There is no guarantee that it will work!! Sometimes it works & sometimes it does not work and it may crash your system!!
Another alternative is to use a newer version compatible to your OS.
Adobe Photodeluxe is no longer maintained or supported by the company, the product that replaces it is adobe photoshop elements, you could also use compatibility mode.
I found this solution on another forum and it worked for me. I have Adobe Photodeluxe 4 on a vista OS and got the same RAM error. I tried the "change the virtual memory" fix and that did not work. Then I found this: Right click on the Adobe Photodeluxe icon on the desktop and choose Properties, click on the Compatibility tab and choose run this progam in Windows XP service pack 2 mode. It worked for me!
photoshop uses a lot of memory..how much do you have on your system? there is a setting to increase the size of what adobe calls the "scratch disk"..make it as big as you have hard drive space that you can afford to lock in

If you are using Acrobat Professional 6.0 in MS Vista then Its not yet supported and has compatibility issues. However some people reported that if you install it in compatibility mode for windows XP it will work, but so far i haven't found it evident.
You should upgrade to Acrobat Professional 8.1 which is compatible with windows vista.
Pagemaker 6.5 is designed to be used with Windows 95 / 98 / NT 4, therefore in order to run it in Vista I'd suggest to run your Pagemaker 6.5 using Compatinity Mode --> Go to your Desktop --> Right click on the program icon--> properties-->Compatibility--> select one of the versions above
I just got Photo deluxe 2.0 to work on a new computer
(bought Feb. 2010) with Windows 7, and I don’t even have a .setup file. This
was a program that came with an HP years ago when they included a lot of
software. I had simply dragged and dropped the program onto a CD. Since then I loaded
and ran it on my XP without problem. Now
with Windows 7 I got the ‘not enough RAM’ message and tried everything
suggested on several blogs without luck. To fix the problem I right clicked on
the .exe file and selected ‘properties’. Went to ‘compatibility’ then checked ‘run
this program in compatibility mode for:’ and selected, ‘windows 98 / windows me’.
Boy was I happy to see it up and running again. Hope this helps someone out
there, this is a great program. I’ve used the newer versions and they are WAY
too complicated for my usage.
Go into the PhotoDeluxe2.0 CD ROM file list, right click on setup.exe and then go to the compatability tab. Select Win 98/ME. Hit OK. Then double-click on setup.exe. Program should install on Vista. Then find setup.exe on your hard drive, and set the compatability to Windows 98/ME. Program runs, but says something about not being able to load 16-bit driver. Just cancel out of that popup window. Program works fine...for me...so far.
