Question about AUVIO Audio Players & Recorders
When I'm listening to music, the song will cut off and it will say factory reload or reset. Does it on any song. I turned it off then back on and still does it.

SOURCE: Sound cuts out
My headphones are not RCA, but are wireless like yours. I get this symptom when my batteries get weak. Using a volt meter, you can test the batteries voltage. They need to read at least 1.2 volts each. Check the connection from the base to Headphones. My headphones do not have a physical connection, and if I place them in the base backwards, my headphones do not charge. It may be time to get you some new rechargeable batts. I hope this helps you.

You have an option called itunes..if you syncronise the songs and add them in itunes then you can listen to songs even if you close the flap of your mobile..thank you..!

Try doing this: Toggle the hold switch and put it back in the off position. Then press and hold the center button and the menu button simultaneously for ten seconds and the apple symbol should come up on the screen. Then it should work like normal. Hope this helps!
