Question about Micro Innovations Computers & Internet
Unfortunately, your impression regarding a soldering iron or solder gun is accurate. You would need to get into the keyboard's internals and ensure an electrical connection between the inside and the battery compartment, which a glue gun will not provide.
As to keyboard hardware, a wireless keyboard will generally need a receiver that plugs into the computer. If it did not come with that, then chances are it will cost more time and effort to get the keyboard working than the cost of a new wireless keyboard.
