Question about Keurig Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
Ken - this too sounds like the rubber gasket that goes around the water output is either missing or defective. I had that issue with a keurig at work. There is a small cylindrical rubber gasket that goes around the water output in the top of the brew head that helps seal over the top of the k-cup when closed. Make sure this didn't come off.
