Question about Acer Aspire 4720 Notebook
Have you checked your driver in device manager? If so and it says the device is working properly try uninstalling the driver, un plug the cam, reboot your computer, and plug the cam up. It should detect a new devicego from there with installing your driver. If you dont have the disk for the driver i wouldnt uninstall it.
