Question about Xerox Phaser 6350/YDT Laser Printer
We have 400 units of this printer in our field, and very often the printers became flooded with magenta toner, giving a rose background at the printed docs. Xerox was actioned but is unable to solve the problem.
The units were cleaned, but the problem reappears in many cases. The imaging unit was changed, but not solved. Our environmental conditions are good, and the electrical feed also.
Problem developers start leaking toner. The problem is that some times the toner spuills into developers below it and damaging them. The problem may appear as a grinding noise that may indicate a developer gear/motor problem, when in fact its a bad developer that is not running smoothly. It may be expensive, and you may have to replace ALL the Developers.
