What part does the wheel bearing assembly sit attach too. big round steel connected to the strut

who fitted it, needs to be done by a proper mechanic or you could lose a wheel whilst driving. After it was fitted the retaining nut should have ben tightened fully home so that it could not have been tightened any more, then the nut should have ben undone/loosened slightly and torqued to the appropriate value. Then a split pin, if there is provision for one, should be fitted.
If you do not have proper tools take it to a mechanic to do the remedial work, it could be hazardous to yourself and family and also other road users.
Good Luck

The front wheel assembly seems to be 'inside out'..the teeth are on the inside therefore it does not fit over the hose, and will not stay on. How do you remove and turn the white plastic wheel

You will need to pry off the cap nut on the end of the shaft (which runs through the two wheel halves. The ONLY tool that will do this is a vice grip and a couple of beers. Also, swearing seems to help.
Clamp the vice grips on tight and rock it back and forth.
You will need to get a replacement cap nut from your local hardware.

You can purchase a complete, new front wheel assembly from Nelson for $12.35. Part number 1609714466.

Wheels keep coming off

1 - Remove rear wheel
2 - Remove posi screw from bottom of rear wheel hub assembly
3 - Allow bottom block and spring to fall into palm of hand
4 - Push rear wheel lock bottom down through rear assembly to remove.
5 - Clean wheel lock button and locking plate to ensure free movement.
6 - Clean rear hub and locking button housing with dry cloth.
7 - Apply lubricant thinly in recess to allow free movement of button (dry Teflon spray is best - find it in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets)
8 - Re-fitting is reverse procedure of removal instructions.

You need a new clutch fitted , most likely the friction plate will be the only part needed.

You have to take the gearbox out the way to do the job .
