You will need to have that crank arm replaced. They do make repair threads, but the price to install is just as much as replacing the crank arm. Your local bike shop can provide the correct parts.

Mitsubishi projection tv keeps blowing bulbs! Every 6-12. Months. What is causing this tv to blow bulb?

bulbs normally fail from, overheat, loose in fitting or over voltage
if it is a screw in bulb then the problem may be from a loose earth (ground ) connection in the holder ( arcs just like a welder and that cause over voltage and surges to the bulb)
if it is a ceramic holder there should be a brass strip that rubs on the thread of the bulb as you screw it in
remove the power cord from the wall socket and bend the strip out to increase the load on the thread
screw in the bulb and every so often make sure that the bulb is tight
always make sure that the cooling fan (if there is one ) for the bulb is running at full rpms before ,during and after the unit switches on/off

Stripped bicycle pedal

Better replace the pedal and most probably the crank arm as well. Sometimes a new pedal can cut the threads true again on the crank arm but the crank arm may need replacement too, depending on the damage. Remember to fit the correct side pedal. The pedal threads differ between left and right and pedals are usually marked "L" or "R".

How does a helicoil for stripped crank arm work?

I would just stop by a welding shop and have them weld the pedal arm on. You can buy another whole bike for what it costs to get a helicoil like that done. If it's the left hand thread, impossible.

The bolt (screw) attaching the right pedal was stripped. Where can we purchase a replacement? Thank you.

If the threads in the crank are stripped it will likely need to be replaced as well as the pedal. They come in pairs. I advise you to get the bike to a real Bicycle Shop because special tools are required. BTW: the left pedal is LEFT threaded.

My bike has a stripped screw on the right pedal. Also the hole that the screw fits in is now stripped. What replacement parts do I need to purchase and where can I purchase them?

Without specifics regarding the pedal and crankarm we can't really answer that. Take it to a reputable bike shop for their assessment.

Sustain pedal on Yamaha DGX not working

I had the same problem, its to do with the polarity of the pedal. My pedal had a polarity switch on the bottom just flick this over and this should fix the problem. Otherwise another solution was to hold the pedal down and turn the keyboard on.

Brother sewing machine model XL-6562.needle holder came off rod.n

The needle holder has a screw right above the screw that holds the needle in place. It really doesn't look like a screw because it does not appear to have a slot for a screwdriver. However, with a small flat head screw driver you can tighten it up. There is also a curverd wire that must be inserted into a slot at the bottom of the holder. The screw tightens against the wire that tightens against the post. (It's a curved wire that curves around the front part).
