Change your drum and clean the developer unit.

Most probably you need to replace the drum unit. If you have any idea what was the copy count when the drum was last replaced and since then around 50000 prints are done, new drum is needed.

1. Glass could be dirty, smoggy
2. Lid that is not closing on the one side.
3. Scanner unit faulty.

If you have pulled the paper while printing, you might need to re-calibrate the drum. Go to your printer settings and re-calibrate it.
