Unfortunately, The SIM number and the IMEI number might help your carrier or Samsung indentify the device, but others don't normally have access to that information. However, Samsungs lists the specifications for some models in the support section of their website. You might have to search using your particular model number. I have listed the processor specifictions for one of the models below. Perhaps this will help.
The specifications on the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1(Wi-Fi) are:
Processor Speed, Type 1.6GHz Dual Core, 1.6GHz Dual Core; Intel® Atom™ Processor Z2560
Other variants, even among the same models, could have slightly different processors.
You might also find, in the PlayStore, the free app named "My Device" by 3K Developers helpful in identifying hardware on your Android device. I use it on my Android phone and it will list the details of the processor and much more. Hopefully it will work on your tablet.
First I will suggest you to uninstall your old drivers after that just go the site of your Laptop manufacture. Once there enter the model number of the laptop then request driver (usually found in the web site's "Support Section"). There you should be able to find all the drivers for your model laptop. If this is helpless then simply get the Reginout to optimize your laptop to fix this annoying issue
If you go over to the support sections of lexmark's site over at http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:0:0:0 you can find drivers for just about any printer they have ever made. You will only need to know your printer's model number to find what you are looking for.
