Water pores out on spin

Take off the cover and check for any holes in the top of the plastic tub surrounding the drum . This can occur when the washer is or was previously severely out of balance and the drum rubs a hole in the side of the tub. Since the water is usually below this level until the spin cycle pushes the water up the sides of the tub, it only becomes apparent then. Another possibility is there may be a blockage in the pump or drain hose. If you still have a good amount of water in the tub due to the washer not draining completely before the spin cycle, the water will sling everywhere when it attempts to spin. I hope this helps! Good luck!

My 4 year old roper washer leaves grease on clothes. On spin cycle the machine makes a screaching noise, and the clothes don't spin dry.

Possible that the belt is slipping and also there is some issue with the agitator as the gaps within seems to bring up the dirt or grease mix to the clothes.
So it is important to remove the panel and check the play on the belt, replace if the play is high and check if the agitator bearings are worn out. If so the agitator assembly must be taken out and checked.

Washer slinging grease from bottom of tub onto sidewalls of washer. Also beginning to leak water while it is agitating and spinning. Do I need Tub Bearing kit?

You need the outer tub seal as a minimum for the water leak. The grease is a different mater, it could come for several places by the most likely in the transmission, not the bearings.

GE Topload Washer WPSR3100W1WW -- finished spin cycle, clothes were spun as normal. Water on the floor after spin cycle. When jiggling tubs, we can hear there is some water still in machine. Bottom metal...

That is normal. The balance ring has liquid in it. # 327
On these machines the tub is suspended with 4 metal rods. The lateral movement is controls by 4 straps. When these stretch the tub gets loose and water slings out the washer. Seen it.

Leaking grease from passenger side looks like a front end chasis boot?

the only way to really find out is to put it up in the air, any oil change facility can check it for you. More likely if you seeing grease it will likely be CV axle boot crack slinging grease every where.
