If there is a relearn procedure, it has to be done with a scan tool from a shop or dealership. In most cases, the crank sensor has no relearn procedure on GM/OLDs products. Instrall a new sensor and the PCM will recognize it and start the engine

Sounds like one of two errors - either one of the power supplies has died (not sure if the 1800 has redundant power supplies or not) or a drive in the RAID array has failed. Most likely it's the drive. Run the Dell Server Administrator tool to check the health status of the array, sounds like you need to replace a drive. Most RAID systems fail if you lose more than one drive, so I'd replace that drive ASAP.

To install Motorola Phone Tools on your hard drive, insert the Motorola CD-ROM that came with your phone into a CD-ROM drive on your PC. When installing Motorola Phone Tools from the CD-ROM, the installation process starts automatically.
If it doesn't start automatically, do the following: 1. From the Start menu (accessible from the task bar), select the Run command. 2. Select the drive that contains the CD or type E:SETUP (E: represents the CD-ROM drive). 3. To run the file, click OK.
An installation wizard will guide you step-by-step through the installation process, prompting for information where needed.
