This is why doing Firmware Upgrades is so risky. The firmware tells the printer what to do when it switches on before self testing and loading software. If the Firmware is corrupt, the printer becomes a giant paperweight. Help here

default must be no password , here are the steps to reset the printer
NVRAM reset for the HP LaserJet 400 colorMFP M475dn (Confirmed functional) 1: Print configuration page before beginning reset
2: Disconnect all cables except for power
3: While printer is in ready state, note the position of "Ready" message on the screen (Probably bottom right)
4: Power off the printer via power button
5: Touch the location on the screen where "Ready" message appeared.
6: while touching the screen, power on the printer. Continue to hold the screen.
7: When "Memory Limit Reached" message appears, release the screen.
8: Printer will reboot, clean and calibrate
9: Return cables to their appropriate ports
10: Print configuration page to confirm settings are cleared. Restore settings desired manually.

You need to switch off the printer and then connect it via the USB cable. Press the hold and cancel buttons simultaneously. Then power on the printer again. On your LCD display you should typically see a message saying 'ready for download mode'. You will then need to initialize the firmware update process. LCD will change to the writing mode. 10 minutes later you will be prompted to start the printer again.
Keep me posted abt the end result...

Nokia models starting with 2 series are generally very slow. Once it is started it will be back to normal. It will take about 3 minutes to start up. Please wait during that period. Once it is started you can use everything except messaging, which will take another 10 more minutes to get ready. Till then it will show the message "Message storage memory not ready".

upgrade the firmware of your device follow this... How to upgrade firmware
1. Download the zipped file for your region.
2. Unzip the file and you will see *.exe file.
3. Connect your H10 to PC via provided USB cable and power on H10.
4. Once the device is ready, run the *.exe. It will automatically copy the firmware to your H10.
5. The progress bar copying firmware will be shown and your H10 device will give you 'Busy' message.
6. Once it's done, it will give you 'Upgrade Complete' message.
7. Please disconnect H10 with 'Safely Remove Hardware' option on your PC task bar.
8. Turn on the power of H10, go to 'Settings -> Extra ->Firmware Upgrade' and select 'Yes'.
9. Your H10 device will shut off automatically once the firmware upgrade is complete.

This is a beast of a problem believed to be created by a Yahoo update and firewall settings. You have 2 possible solutions to try.
1) Clean uninstall and download a current program
2) Clean uninstall and download a 8.0 version

Reinstall
1) Close all programs when uninstalling, downloading and uploading
2) Save your Profile folder to a CD if you wish to retain your message Archives.
3) Download Revo uninstaller - this will use the Yahoo software to uninstall and follow it up with a computer scan after to look for any software left behind and offer it up for deletion.
4) When you are ready to run Revo, double click on the Yahoo Messenger software and then select the 'Advanced' mode from the Revo options
5) Allow the uninstall and scan to function, if the scan offers anything up for deletion select everything and delete it.
6) Download ccleaner and run it through until clean

turn off the printer

1. Connect the printer through USB.
2. hold the enter button (the one in the middle of the circle) with the cancel button simultaneously
3. turn on the printer you will see the following message on the LCD screen
4. " download mode… ready"
5. Start the firmware update from the computer.
6. The LCD will change to "writing…"
7. After about 10 minutes it will prompt you to restart the printer.
