The video shouldn't require a driver. Just ensure your PC has the external video selected. If you're talking about using the projector remote to control presentations on your PC, unfortunatley, there are a lot of projectors that just aren't compatible with many PCs. You'll have less frustration in the long run just going out and buying a wireless presentation controller made by Kinsington or Targus.
You don't need any software to make your projector work with your PC. Here is the instruction for the Projector. (http://bit.ly/1byZlZT)
Instructions:
1: Plug your projector to your PC.
2: On your projector Choose your input device. (In that case your PC)
3: If you find any connection from you PC you will see same display as your PC. ( You will see a Duplicate of your Screen, you can configure it to be a separate screen).
4: you are done. :D

Make sure you have all drivers and software necessary for the projector installed on your laptop. You can find them on viewsonic's website. Also go to Control Panel>Display>Connect to a Projector and insure all settings are correct. Let me know if you run into problems.
I'm not sure if the following link still works. The software is called Splint, it is freeware, written by an Australian, to control Ektapro Projectors with a computer. It was the last link I had for projector control: http://www.rightword.com.au/products/splint Good Luck !! Jim
I have borrowed a Optoma DV10 Projector and don't have an installation disk. I have a powerpoint presentation to deliver tomorrow and cannot view it from my computer, can i download the installation software online?
what type of driver are you referring to, do you mean software driver? If you mean software driver, then you will have to contact the manufacturer of this product because the software drivers is not available anywhere online.
If your question is otherwise, please let me know.
Make sure the projector is in flash more before connecting. (read flash instructions) When it prompts for drivers show the uncompressed flasher program catalogue. It should find the drivers for 'Infocus Projector Flash'. After this you can run the program and continue normal flashing procedure.
This sounds like a driver or software issue. Check Dell's support site for any projector related drivers or software, and also check the projector manufacturer's site for drivers or software. You might also look for any Windows media player updates.
have you tried looking on sharpusa.com? they have available software for this projector here: http://www.sharpusa.com/products/TypeSoftware/0,1086,28,00.html
