I understand that you are having a problem with your GO GO Elite Traveller 3. When the unit is in motion there is a clicking sound from the back of the unit close to the battery compartment.

I think that you may have a problem with the freewheel lever you state when the scooter is in motion it seems to have a jerking felling. I believe that this is possible due to the freewheel lever. The lever is at the rear of the unit on the right side. To reset follow the below directions:

1. Remove the key
2. Locate the lever (above the right rear wheel)
3. Move the lever forward
4. Try pushign the unit by hand
5. Move the lever all the way back toward the rear of the machine
6. Drive the scooter and see if is is still jerking

If this does not solve the porblem you are having a problem with you brake and motor system on your scooter and needs to be serviced by a local Pride dealer in your area. If you do not know where a local pride dealer is in your area please post your location (ec. city and state) and I will find one as close as possible to your location. That lever is attached to a pot. Pots have this nasty habit of oxidizing. You can either replace it or get some CRC QD Contact Cleaner. Wash it down trying to get as much cleaner into the pot as you can. These pots are normally not sealed find a little hole and spay it there. While your in the control head use the cleaner to clean anything you find in there. Stall having problems contact me.
