What should I use for sharpening diamond stone or natural stone?

These days we can see that the artificial stones match in quality to natural stones and sometimes even better in sharpening performance due to consistency of particle size and control over the properties of the stones. When artificial stones gradually entered the market and were of good quality. Mines of Natural stone where closed and that caused the prices for natural stone to go higher. These days, getting quality natural stone is an expensive issue.

Craftsman 16'' 36cc's oil to fuel mixture, and bar oil requirements

Your Craftsman is probably a Poulan, for the past few years Poulan has recommended a 40:1 ratio 1 gal premium/3.2 oz quality 2-cycle engine oil. I'd thin down even a little more 50:1 (1 gal premium/2.6 oz quality 2-cycle engine
Fuel/Oil Mixture
  1. Use a quality 2 cycle oil and mix it to the OIL supplier's recommended ratio. Today I use Stihl 2 cycle oil mixed @ 50:1 in a Pioneer that I purchased new in 1980. There are no gouges or scratches on the piston or cylinder and I have no carbon build up on the piston top. The manual (on stone tablets) recommends 24:1. Over the years the mixture has leaned from 24:1 (Saw Recommendation) to 28:1 (Lawn boy mower recommendation) to 32:1 (Oil provider 2gal premium/8oz chainsaw 2-cycle engine oil - used for many years) and finally the last 5 (±) years 50:1 (1gal premium/2.6oz Stihl 2-cycle engine oil)
  2. Any fuel containing ethanol is not good with chainsaws. Mix what you expect to use within a few weeks. Anything over 1.5 months old use up in a 4 cycle engine.
For the bar every home center and hardware sells bar oil. It is 30 weight non-detergent oil with a few additives to help it adhere where lubrication is needed. HTH

What is the best product to re-paint external stone windowsill

As any good stone mason knows, painting stone is NOT RECOMMENDED!  Stone has a natural beauty and durability that cant really be improved upon.  Its my opinion that paint on stone or brick usually looks horrible.  Especially when the paint gets old and begins to deteriorate.  Stone is a natural material used in building for thousands of years.  It is strong, durable, insulating from heat and cold and allows the structure to "breathe" while keeping out moisture and preventing condensation.  Painting stone stops its ability to "breathe" and effectively closes its pores, which can cause condensation inside walls, break down the stone's surface molecules and premature erosion.       I would recommend power washing or sand blasting the surface to remove the old paint.  Then carefully apply a waterproofer / sealant made for exterior use and stone in particular.  This will protect your stone window sills and lentils from harsh elements like acid rain, bird poop and ice while  allowing the structure to breathe and look beautiful naturally for decades to come.    I would not recommend sanding as this might change the surface of your stone and leave unsightly scratches and uneven surfaces.    You can look online for solutions by googling "stone waterproofing" and "stone cleaning" before deciding what is best for you.  I highly recommend NOT painting exterior stone.  Here are a few helpful results I have found.
