Panasonic tv hdmi inputs not working

It appears that during the storm there may have been an electrical surge that damaged the electronics of your tv. If the tuner is working fine then the affected area (board) is the one that has the HDMI input sources.

HDMI no longer output after lightning storm. ps3 still has all the data and can still output in composite. tried resetting and reboot and still not working

I would try another device that uses HDMI output and plug it into that HDMI tv input to ensure that it is not your tv that is at fault. If the TV is fine, more than likely something in your PS3 got fried. This is actually a common issue with the PS3 as you can see here:

http://www.ps3chat.com/playstation-3-hardware/7353-lightning-storm-ps3-hdmi-stopped-working.html

If your tv is fine you will more than likely have to call up Sony for a repair or a replacement. Lightning can do damage to any electronic device from up to miles away. EMF damage is a nasty thing. It used to wreak all kinds of havoc for the wireless internet company I used to work for.

I hope this helps! If it does, please give it a thumbs up!

HDMI inputs don't work. The TV was working perfectly and then we lost the picture. The component inputs work fine and a new HDMI cable didn't fix the issue. Had the same problem 2 years ago and they...

No, but the HDMI interface is very sensitive to static discharge - has been a storm nearby? To prevent this from happening again i usually install to all my customers cheap splitters just before the tv, they will fry before the tv protecting it.
I'm sorry but it's time to change that board again.

No longer getting video feed through Home Theatre receiver

HDMI ports 5 and 6 on the back of tv no longer are working. (We had a series of thunder storms so don't know if that is how they got damaged or if it was something else) but moved HDMI input cable to HDMI port 4 on tv and everything is working again. Service call placed for warranty service on tv to repair bad ports.

Lightning storm and all hdmi connections stopped working

It may be a problem with the DVRs. You can rule that out by connecting a different HDMI TV to one of the DVRs.
