How do I replace the fog housing on a 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder?? Does the whole front need to come off?

No. You can get to the fog lamps by removing the plastic under-covers from the bottom of the bumper facia. They are held in place with a bunch of plastic clips. Once the covers are removed, you will see the back side of the fog lamp assemblies where you can access the four mounting screws.

Drivers side transaxle slides about 2 inches into the ****** causing the wheel and tire to move also. this causes the car to shift to one side drasticly. i need the cv joint assembly diagram to better...

If the whole wheel assembly slides in and out then the CV joint is most likely NOT the problem. There is supposed to be play in the axles for when you turn the steering wheel. I would be looking at the ball joints or control arms or the hub bearings. Since the wheel is mounted to the spindle and it in turn is mounted to the control arms, and the only movement allowed when it is all put together and proper is the wheels turning from side to side for a left or right turn.

Your CV axle is a shaft that has a Constant Velocity joint ( hence the name CV axle) at each end and is inserted into the transmission and held in place by a snap ring and has a spline shaft at the wheel end that is held in place by the axle nut.

We are using our Nikon Eclipse e200 for the first time and we cant get the stage handle to move the glass slide up and vertical. It moves horizontal but not vertical. Is there something we need to detach...

If this is a brand new scope then there is most likely some packaging or packaging tape that is preventing movement. Scopes are meticulously packaged because they can be rather delicate instruments. In some rare cases the scope may be damaged in shipment.
