There is a function called "Monitor Off" that may currently be activated. Please press the [LCD-SIZE] button repeatedly while playing a disc.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

LCD Screen is will only display a white screen.

The inner screen cable contact would have got loose. You can carefully open the casing to reconnect the cable, or you can take it to a service center to get it fixed.

SCREEN NOT WORKING

If the screen is blank then you probably switched to an external screen,to switch to a tv
No worries
what you need to do is press the function key and the key with the picture of a mini screen / oval and circle
it will pull you back to your main screen: back to normal.
hope it helps
