Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Why wont amazon let me access into my kindle I have put my password in and it has never changed since I got my kindle.?

Your change to Windows 8 is the problem. Amazon like other online providers now recognise the computer that you logon with. It objects if you change computers as a security risk. You need to contact Amazon and get them to register your new computer as belonging to you, and not a security risk.

Internet is working in full form but i could not connect to msn and internet for the first few mins when i turn on my computer. why is that? The skype get to be connected. My laptop is Hp Pavilion dv3...

Most computers have to initialize the system at run time, load specific services, drivers, virus scanners, etc....all processes that run at startup effect your connection and rediness. If you want a faster connection and quick respons upon startup you -with a little reseach and at your own risk - can disable some startup items and services. Be sure to hide all windows services so you don't disable windows core services and any vital windows programs. You could open msconfig and change start-up to Selective Startup and make changes here as well. All of these come with advantages and disadvantages.
Performance -verses- quality and assurance.

Want to remove you may be a victim of software counterfeiting

the message is displayed because your version of windows is not genuine. here are some steps to make your windows genuine
1 . start > run > " regedit" (without the quotes of course)

2 . Go to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WindowsNT\ CurrentVersion\WPAEvents\OOBETimer
…and doubleclick on it.
Then change some of the value data to ANYTHING ELSE…delete some, add some letters, ..just change it! now close out regedit.

3 . Go to start > run > "%systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a" (again, don't type the quotes)

4 . The activation screen will come up, click on register over telephone,>next> then click on CHANGE PRODUCT KEY, enter in this key:

JG28K-H9Q7X-BH6W4-3PDCQ-6XBFJ and give update.

(Now automatically window will return back to activate by telephone mode and ask for activation code, just ignore and exit that window it's done)

the only permanent method to remove that message is buying an original version and i do recoment that, than the steps above........

I used a shredder program to clean out my emachine and now the

Presumably Windows needs to be reactivated. That is why you are getting the prompt. Windows has an approximate of 3 windows activations, which will automatically go through via the internet. If any hardware changes are detected in the computer, this changes the ID codes in the computer. Follow the telephone prompts for activation. Solution is activate over the telephone rather then the internet. The correct windows license code is on the rear of the computer.
