Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
my duet washer is stuck in the pause mode. we have replace the control board and also the front panel and it is still stuck. do you have any other suggestions????
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!!!
This sounds like a broken door switch. Open the door and look on the right side of the cabinet where the door latch goes in. About 4-5 inches above that there should be a small actuator that sticks out about a quarter inch. You should be able to press it in and out easily. If you only have a hole with nothing sticking out, the actuator is broken. You can break off a round toothpick and insert it in the hole, leaving about a quarter inch sticking out and gently close the door and see if the machine starts up.
Post back and let me know what you find.
