SOURCE: infocus x2

first try another computer cable. if same results, press the "auto image" button on the projector. if that doesn't work, press menu, select settings, then factory reset, and "yes". if you still have the same problem, the eca (main board) is bad.

SOURCE: Infocus X2 searches won't display desktop

Hello,
In the projector's menu under "sources" make sure that the box to the right of "Computer" is checked. Also check the box at the bottom of that page that says "auto source select" or something. But it is the last thing on that menu and should be checked.

SOURCE: infocus lp425z projector pushes latop display to left quarter of output image

Usually this is a hardware acceleration setting problem on the 'advanced' properties setting in your 'screen resolution' properties on your computer. Re-set the hardware acceleration to the 2nd setting and this should fix your issue. We have this regularly when we project on a double projector system and the one projector keeps shifting everything left until we adjust the hardware acceleration settings on the computer. No more issue.

Infocus lp770, trying to hook up to apple computer using the usb port? will this connection work to run the 770?

Hi!
You need to hook it up using VGA or HDMI for it to transmit information from your Apple computer to projector. You can check the Ports available at the back of your projector and you can Purchase cable needed from either Apple or Infocus or any computer store.
Hope this helps.

InFocus IN32 DLP projector.Picture is ok with composite video, but does not sync when the source is VGA. Existing non-functional LT1675, MAX4019 are now bypassed & VGA connections are made to AD9882A...

Were the MAX4019's used as X2 buffers or invertor mode. If they were X2 then your signal level is down by half to the AD9882A. If the LT and MAX devices have failed, then maybe the AD has gone as well. Is the power supply levels to these chips correct. As a test, check if the VGA input selector line to the LT can switch correctly. If not then you are correct. I'm wondering if a local lightning strike in the area has raised the earth potential to everyone house and gone up your vga cable into the unit and taken out these devices.

PS3 to Infocus LP 350 projector using HDMI

Hi,

M1-DA is a type of DVI connection that produces both analogue and digital signals, the easiest and most quality source cable for you to get is a HDMI to M1-DA cable which is now widely available for purchase.

Infocus should have included this cable in with your projector, but instead the power at bee decided to put a M1-DA to DVI-D cable instead when most visual devices now support HDMI and not DVI nowadays.

Thanks

Words on screen can be seen

In the picture there is a check box labeled "overscan"
Uncheck it.
If that doesn't work... What input are you using? This can also happen with the incorrect DVI or HDMI to M1-D adapter. If you are using the M1-D computer input try using the composite input. If you are using the computer with a computer source try changing to the external monitor screen resolution or aspect ratio.

Connecting Dell laptop to Infocus LP820

The USB cable doesn't transmit Video. You need to plug in the VGA cable. The "DVI" port on the LP820 is not a a DVI but a M1 Digital port and won't work with DVI unless you get a converter.
