Question about Saeco Talea Ring Plus Espresso Maker with Milk Island - Titanium/Silver
Can I use any type of lubricant? I am living in Port Elizabeth (South Africa) and I am unable to find the lubricant from the Saeco machine suppliers in Port Elizabeth.
Hi, you shouldn't really use any other lubricant apart from the one recommended, but I have used vaseline on a similar coffee machine, and as long as you keep it away from the brewing head, it should be fine. Do not rinse the brewing head in very hot water as it will wash away any lubricant that is there.
