Over flow leaks constantly after 8 years, never done this before. What should we do?

As long as the heater is still working good and not leaking I would just replace the Temperature and pressure relief valve. To do this turn control knob on gas valve from on to pilot. This will maintain pilot so you won't have to relight later while keeping the burner from firing while you are replaceing t&p valve. Turn off water supply on cold water supply to water heater. If this valve won't work or you don't have one shut off supply to house. Do not attempt to remove t&p valve until you are sure water is off. Open hot water on faucet close to heater and drain a few gallons from water heater drain valve. Purchase new t&p valve at hardware store. They are pretty standard 3/4 inch male pipe thread, 150 p.s.i. rated. Use teflon tape to seal pipe threads ,4-5 wraps at least or pipe joint compound to seal threads You will need a pipe wrench to remove old valve. Turn it counterclockwise to lossen then remove. Have new valve ready to go to minimize water loss. Be carefule as water will still be hot. Install new valve and tighten securly. Turn water back on and check for leaks. Also shut off faucet you opened. Once you are satisfied there are no leaks turn gas valve to on and bleed air from several places. I hope this helps you. Thanks.

My culligan water filter is leaking, no idea why. Is there any way i can stop this?

Turn the water supply to filter system off, open the faucet to relieve the pressure.
It depends are where it is leaking form. If you just changed the filter it is either not on all way, the o-ring is pinched or missing, or the inlet line, outlet line (or both) were worked loose and are leaking.
Check the feed valve to the filter also. If it is a saddle/ piercing valve it may be leaking. After opening and closing these valves several times the "packing nut" may work loose and the valve leaks. Tighten this very slightly until leak stops. Here is a diagram of a saddle/piercing valve.

h2oservices.jpg

The packing nut is right below the T handle as in this picture. There is seal under the packing nut and this is where it can leak from when the nut works loose. AGAIN tighten this very slightly to stop the leak.

Had the unit for seven years, it started to leak water around the water valve. Bosch aqua Star 125x ng

You have to fix this leak around the water valve before
it causes damage to your equipment.
1. Close the water supply valve going to your tankless
water heater.
2. Unplug or close the natural gas valve.
3. Now, you can work fixing the leak.
4. Once completed, you can proceed to open the
natural gas valve as well as the water supply valve.
5. Then, have it tested to get it done.

5.

Water leaking into tub of Maytag la9806

Check the solenoids at the valve. Use a multimeter or ohmmeter to check for continuity. A lack of continuity means a bad solenoid. I'll attach a photo for reference. Hope this helped and best wishes.

Water leak from ice dispenser line

hi..
Your water inlet valve on the back where the water supply comes in is probably leaking. disconnect the water line coming out of it and see if you have a slow drip. Try the dispenser to see if it's just drips after use.

For the ice maker problem, Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear. If it does, the problem is the ice maker and not the valve and line...
