Question about PSE Precision Shooting Equipment PSE 150-Pound Copperhead TS Crossbow Package

Fore end loose

I bought the copperhead as an entry crossbow for my son and when I was assembling it I noticed the fore end grip is loose. it appears adjustable but upon closer inspection it appears to be missing a screw in the rear of the fore end. Bus as the box contained no additional hardware I cant tell if there's a screw missing or how to tighten it in place. I guess the basic question is, is there more than 1 screw in the fore end?

After getting scope on bullseye, what do they mean by,Zero setting of scale grip? my scope is a Nikon Bolt XR, for crossbows

you need to decide what distance you want bullseye to be. the arrow in flight is either rising or falling. if you get bullseyes at say 50 yards you will be low at 25 yards (arrow rising) and low at 75 yards (arrow falling). this is due to the scope is mounted higher than the arrow.

My Diamondback Team Grip bicycle grips I just bought have a plastic end cap with screw and other small part, how does this end cap go on? No instructions came with the packaging.

The small part is most likely a star nut chriscanhelp_0.jpgThis pic is proper orientation Top = Top

If so you must install this in the end of the handle bar with a hammer. First put the screw into the top of the nut and line the nut up with the open end of the haldle bar. Lightly tap the nut into the end of the bar until the screw head is ammost flush with the end of the bar. Remove the screw with allen wrenches, install grips, put screw through plastic end cap and thresd into star nut inside the bar.

Hope this helps.

The only thing I can see going wrong is the wrong star nut for your diametre of handle bar.

Assembly is as follows: Star nut first into bar,

Can not get the seat to move out of present position?

Here is the owners manual link for a free download.
This model has a screw in locating pin holding the seat in and somtimes I have the pin "freeze" . You will nee dto unscrew the pin before pulling it out. If it the knob comes off of the end of the pin then the pin is "frozen" and will need to be loosened with some penetratinfg oil and probably a pair of vise grips. Be careful not to damage the threads on the shaft where the knob goes. Good Luck!

My scroll isnt working on my razer copperhead, any ideas?

Just had the same problem with my copperhead... firstly go to url below to show you how to open up the copperhead (only do this if it's out of warranty!! which is two years if you have your purchase recipt) . Once you have got the top off look at the front where the wheel attaches you can pull the wheel out of the circular thing on the left then find some thin paper I used some laser receipt paper (probably gonna wear out but will find something better in meantime) cover the hole with a very small square of whatever thin material you have chosen then push the axle of the wheel back in... this tightens the hole back up allowing the clicking feel to come back and the scroll wheel to work again.
Ultimately the problem is wear and tear with the hole for the axle or the shape of the axle end wearing down.
