If you forgot your PIN, all you have to do is go to the physical location where you originally set your PIN and turn the unit on (make sure antenna is up). It will not ask for a PIN and you will be then able to change the PIN to whatever you like.
Good Luck!

You got a good point CB. I'm trying to help these people and they can't drive to where they originally set the PIN at and reset the GPS? Or perhaps the unit was stolen and they just want to recover the PIN so they can sell it for $$. Thanks for the inaaprropriate vote MR. GUEST. What goes around comes around.
Correct answer was given. I have been having a problem with user arsaks4ever who has threatened to give me an inapproriate vote on all my postings to deliberately lower my rating. Please look into this. Thanks - Jim
