Question about Computers & Internet
Out of 5 different computer stations only one of my stations at work will not mass email tenants through the report-tenant-email statements.. When trying to do it it starts to create the statements like normal, but then starts printing them instead of attaching them to the tenant's emails. It seems to be an issue of the interface between Yardi and the computer. How do I tell it to not print the statements, but only create statements to attach?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Unable to Email Invoices
if you are using office it can be set to not send some attachments.
it is usually safe to rename the extensions on them to something stupid.
make a copy of the file first .
but to rename the extension you have to see it first.
open any folder and goto the tools/folder options/ uncheck the hide extensions for known file types.
then you can see the extension of all file names.
See if that works for you.
Other times its the size of the file you are sending
the normal limit is 2 meg for email.

My problem was an outlook email sometimes usually with an attachment getting stuck in outbox and sending multiple times to users. very embarrassing, some users getting hundreds of emails. Bloody M$ outlook. Tried turning off antivirus - no change. tried setting up another profile, same problem. Once it's stuck can get email deleted using techniques described in posts. i.e work offline, cancel send / recieve etc. but didn't solve problem of getting stuck and sending multiple copies, happens on semi - random almost consistent basis.
Only solution to have fixed problem was as described in one post here, change outgoing server timeouts. go to tools->account settings-> choose account->change account->more settings->advanced tab->change server timeouts from 1 min to 5 mins or longer.
I believe the problem is with ISP and random variances in broadband connectivity. Have noticed my ISP doesn't provide consistent speed and occaisional dead connectivity spots which would explain why one needs to expand timeout settings.

select scan mode, then select legal on paper select. If you select paper before loading document into the ADF it should go with the size you enter.

What's the size of the attachment?
What happens when you try to send a smaller attachment?
What is the attachment extension (zip, rar, exe, jpg)?
