Question about ASUS Computers & Internet
Ill add the blue screen error and the sometimes missing boot option as soon as i can
Press F8 on bootup and select SAFE MODE. try to login and do normal things. if this works then this is probably just a driver or application issue. if SAFE MODE doesn't work, this is probably a hardware issue.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

trying holding the F8 key and they may give you a recovery option which could be the only way you can get your system up and running

See let me talk with you from experience...
The only thing that can be done is system restore to factory default and remember to backup your documents.
This is the only way to resolve the problem you are going through.
