How can I fix the error I am receiving at initial start up? See details section for Error and description of what has already been done to try and fix.

It sounds like the hard drive in your machine has failed. It uses a standard 2.5" SATA hard drive (Most likely 9.5mm thickness maximum, most are that.) Hopefully you have made a recovery CD set from the recovery partition on the drive.

Can't boot up Windows 7? I've been having trouble with my Dell Inspiron N5110 lately and now can't even boot up Windows. The black screen reads the following:

That error means that either the boot order is wrong and it is trying to boot from a network source that cannot be found OR the hard drive has failed and it cannot boot from that so it moved to the next boot device which is PXE and once again, there is no network. Check the boot order in the BIOS setup by pressing the key that it says to on start up and look for boot category. If the order is right or the hard drive is not on the list, replace the drive

I turn on it says no bootable device insert boot disk and press key

This happens when the cable connecting the mother board and the hard drive is bad or not connected properly. Try to disconnect the cable. If the problem is not solved, then your hard drive has a problem or the OS is corrupted. See if the drive is identified by the system. If it is identified then the problem is with the OS, try re installing the OS.

Toshiba l455D

Sounds maybe like the hard disk drive has become corrupt. Maybe try to reinstall windows if you have the discs. However, if you don't and cannot boot to windows successfully you may have to check with the manufacturer, Toshiba in this case, to see if they can be purchased or sent to you for free. If the hard disk drive is found to not be format-able or the discs don't work for reinstalling windows, then a new hard disk drive is indicated.

You may also try to restore the windows using a backup copy that was made before. However, if you were not backing up your windows image on a regular basis, this may prove to be futile.

I have a problem booting my computer . When powering up the PC the toshiba sign comes on and then a black screen with the following message on the screen rolling over and over comes up Intel UNDI, PXE...

The system is not longer detecting your hard disk drive. You can try removing and re-seating the hard drive (Usually just a couple screws involved in removing the hard drive) and see if it detects. More than likely, the drive has failed, you will need to get a new drive and re-load Windows and all drivers and applications.
If still under warranty, contact Toshiba support
