hey friends..... many people have problems with serial no of earlier photo shop versions.... adobe has even released its new version of photo shop cs5 .. very advanced one.... it has 3d object drawing ,lighting, modeling and etc.... so get rid of your old version and use new versions like cs3, cs4 , cs5.... for your convenience i will give you free full version of photo shop cs4 link.... download and have fun friends.... feed back pls..
What version do you have PS cs2, cs3, cs4, PS elements 7, PS Elements 8. You'll need to explain your question more. Do you mean a License key from Topaz?

As CS4, the latest version of Photoshop is there, think before buying the old version.

The 'trial' version of CS3 is no longer available for download from Adobe. The new version (CS4) is available: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
I would suggest downloading Photoshop CS4, and trying it first, before spending time downloading the other applications. If Photoshop CS4 runs on your computer, the others probably will. Premiere Pro is the biggest resource hog, but will run fine on a dedicated graphics computer.
