water leak from cold hose nothing to do with other problem. tighten hose connection and fit a new hose washer overfilling probably because air chamber blocked. remove lid. you will see a pressurestat somewhere at the top - usually round with anything from 3 to 7 wires and a small tube underneath. follow hose down and it connects to the air chamber. make sure this is free of gung and check hose for splits and has no blockage. to check the pressure stat itself, attach your own hose to the stat and while machine in fill mode, blow down this hose and you should hear a click and water intake will stop

you need to access your drain pump and check it for an obstruction but when you pull the hose off keep in mind it might have a lot of water in it i usually use a shop vac and pull all the water out through the drain hose before removing the hose or opening the pump sorry i cant be more specific but ive never cleaned the pump on a hoover

SOURCE: Washing Machine won't stop filling up

Try resetting your water level control. If that doesn't help then set the water level control to the lowest setting and observe if level exceeds that setting. If so, you may possibly have a faulty water level control, or an obstruction in the air dome or water level control hose. This can be a tricky 1 to diagnose for a novice.

Hoover vision hd washing machine is not heating water?

Possible failure of the heating element. Please check the continuity of the coil and if possible the voltage to the coil , if there is voltage at the cycle then the element is open.
check this link: heating element.

Hoover 700 LA keeps overflowing

Hi just read you posting. Now fortunately I have the same machine.Just a couple of questions.--1-- does the machine flood at the start of the cycle when it is filling for the wash or in the rinse cycle? 2---At anytime while it is filling does it start to wash? Now try this for me, Turn the machine on at the start of a cycle so it starts filling and then when you hear the water going into the machine turn the power off at the power point. After you turn the power off at the power point can you still hear water coming into the machine? Please reply with additional information to the questions because with those questions answered I will tell you the exact fault and guide you throe the repair.

My hoover washing machine won't spray rinse or deep rinse on cold

Rinse cycles are normally with cold water only.

I believe you have a faulty cold water inlet valve. To confirm, put the machine on a cold only wash cycle, and see if it fill up with water.

If it does, then the valve is O.K. In that case the problem you are having with the rinse cycle is most likely a timmer fault.

Good Luck

Purchase of washing machine

well...the hole less drum has more concentrated spin/wash water solubility. The hole drum has a more effective rinse release cycle. The holeless drums are usually used for higher weight loads, since the water penetration on those can be critical. Water capacity and usage are key to this choice. It all depends on the availability of clean water in your district.
