Haier tv service mode

You should enter its service mode menu to do that. Visit these sites by a desktop computer and type in the model number of your set at the search window at the right side of the site to reach it very fast. Mobile view have no search box.

Its an easy fix, you got into the service mode somehow, its used for calibrating colors ect...the easy way to fix this is to do a factory reset, that will reset the TV to the settings it had when it was new..I've include a link to the service manual, i didn't go through it to find the page you need but its easy to factory reset a TV with the manual...Good luck!

Pull up previous posts by its left sidebar, or type in the brand name and model number to of your set, to its search box, and press 'Enter' or view it in Mosaic / Timeslide option.

The TV might be on protection mode and the TV needs attention by a qualified service technician.

hi, since your TV is under warranty,It is better to ask for a replacement a new one ..the problem is factory defect.

Vertical hold needs adjustment. Check for vertical hold preset and adjust. If no preset present in the P C B of the TV, try through service mode adjustment. Service mode adjustment possible only by the authorized service provider.

It appears you have accessed the SERVICE MODE settings - they must not be messed around with under any circumstances except for a service technician.

Contact a service centre who may just be able to put things right. Do yourself a favour - don't access this menu again! (:-)

Had the same problem. Purchased Haier 42" model 42EP24S from Sears and it broke in 1 1/2 years. Couldn't find anyone to fix it so I ordered part Service Kit: TV-3940-01 from www.searspartsdirect.com the cost was $150.00. If your warranty is up and you're okay with doing your own work. :-)

Replaced 3 boards (instruction included) and my tv is back in action.
