LOST SOFTWARE HELLO. WE PURCHASED THE PHILIPS GOGEAR ABOUT2MTHS. AGO. WE JUST RECENTLY GOT INTERNET SERVICE AND WOULD LIKE TO GET SOME SONGS DOWNLOADED TO OUR MP3PLAYER. Hi Guys,

Please download the Philips Device Manager from their website for your specific Model. Then install this before connecting your player to the PC. You will then be able to add your music.
http://www.philips.com/support


If you however have the latest Windows Media Player Version (11) you may need to "Roll-Back" to properly sync your music across. See the proper way to do this in the FAQ on the Philips website.
