Gwm hover radio harness colors

I am replacing the original Hover radio with a new double din. How do I know which wire is which on the original harness? Apart from the speaker wires the wires are Black, White, Blue with Red stripe, Red with black stripe and Blue. Which is the ignition wire, which is the battery wire, which is the ground wire and what goes on the other two?

Was able to figure out that Black is the Ground wire, the Red with black stripe is the Ignition wire, but could not tap into which is the direct battery wire.

In my experience the easiest and most efficient way to hook up a new radio in a vehicle is to use an adapter that connects the original wiring to the new radio. There are several site on the web that specialize in these connect adapters for many vehicles. You can do a search for your new radio to the vehicle you have.

If your original harness is still hanging out of the dashboard I would just opt for the $15 aftermarket cord. Then it's just pretty much color code wires together

I just bought a new kw-AVX740 radio and i have a 01 mustang and i don't really no how to install it

first and foremost you need to buy a car audio installation kit for your car model and year. Wal mart has some, but i think you may need to drive down to your local car audio shop and buy one from them if wal mart don't have them. Remove the old/factory radio. If an aftermarket radio is already installed then you may get lucky and find the harness already installed, but depending on what kind or radio it is( ex: DIN or Double DIN), but the specs for your radio is Double DIN(fat) so you may still need to buy the installation kit. Once you have the kit, everything is color coded, just match the wires and connect, then plug the harness after you have secured the wires. For a clean professional installation look, solder your wires(60/40 solder and soldering iron needed) and seal the connection with a heat shrink tube(audio shop carries the tube as well) and your good to go. I found you the install manual, just copy and paste(make sure all wires are connected with keys off the ignition until everything is good and connected)

Wiring Apine SPS-600C speakers

hey there,i hope the project turns out great,
1) round up all materials needed such as door components and indash radio, install plug for aftermarket radio, get a radio install kit they are like 10-15 bucks ,and if ur doing a double din radio you will have to cut trim to fit and inside compartment behind radio, but if your doin stock 1 din you will be fine.
2) in order to get to radio in dash you must pull dash bezel off from around gauges and radio and the radio has push down release tabs on both sides of radio ...push these down and pull radio outwards.
3) use new wire plug harness and install radio using install kit so radio sits in it and slides back in with tabs.
4) door panels come off with (3)crews that are 7mm near door handle, bottom of door near speaker, and inside where the switch panel is.must pull up switch panel to get to screw others are visible.
5) take mirror cap off and lift upwards on panel the whole panel will come off make sure to unplug vanity light at bottom door and all switches.remove n set to side door ....remove speaker and unplug then install new speaker cut plug install new crimped wire connector caps and install speaker and do reverse to put door back on and this go's for the otherside as well.
6) if theres more to your system write back with any ?'s ok ill try to help as much as possible.

couldn't find anything about the network?
