dial *#7370# ? (try it it because it varies with the diffrent with model no.)

sir go to the applications next to the memory status left click and select the format option to format the memory of the phone......................

Switch-off your phone.

1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone.

Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!


2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.

Your Phone does not have any kind of mobile virus (only PC virus are able to store themselves in 6233's phone/card storage).. So either format ur memory card and phone memory (by dialling *#7370# on main screen) or scan ur phone's/card's Memory (in "Mass Storage" Mode) via any PC anti-virus Scanner..

How to reformat your phone, first turn it OFF, take the SIM card out.
Press * 3 send at the same time and keep them pressed while you turn power on.
Give it time to work.

first of all take a backup of mmc and than put it in your mobile and format it and than upload the data.
Note: dnt Format mmc on PC

just put the card in card reader and format it or download the password recovery
software from net this way u can save your data
