Constant draining my candy cs445 17" is stuck on drain, it just sucks water out and wont stop. Turning the dial to stop does nothing, if i fill it with a sacepan of water it juts empties, and when all the waters gone its just keeps emptying, would a float switch be the problem or possibly a new dial ?

Maytag jetclean quiet plus fills but wont wash or drain.

The mother board is going out, or the drain pump is failing. Try un plugging it...... by which i mean turning the power off to the unit and doing a soft reset. See if it recycles into the normal mode and works.

Dishwasher wont fill up with water

When you start the dishwasher you have probably noticed that it first drains water and is very important to hear that drain pump running all the time or stops after a while? Why?
If the drain pump runs constantly then the fault is in the phase of "drain water" or is activated anti-flood system. Reset point of pressostat is not reached after max. 120secs. Programme stop and can be continued after error remedy by pressing the programme key.

If the pump is running for a while and then stops, then the fault is in phase "fill up water". Switchpoint of pressostat is not reached
after max. 60 secs.

Usually built-in dishwashers has anti-flood system that responds in the event of water in the bottom of the dishwasher. Such a case, find and repair water leaks.

Constant beeping when switched on.E4 on programme

E4 would suggest a leak or spillage of water into the base of the appliance.- Unplug the appliance.
- Put some towels around the rear of it and tip it rearward about 45 degrees.
- Drain the water out of the base at the rear corners.

Once drained, try the machine again. If it fails very quickly then it would suggest a leak and you would need to drain it again, take the panels off and watch it working to locate the source of the leak. Cure the leak to stop the fault.

Hope this helps.

Washer does not fill with water

The problem is most likely that your drain valve is defective. If this happens, the water will pump out instead of circulating. There may also be something stuck in the drain valve causing it to stay open.

Bosch dishwasher

Good news is, this is unlikely to be expensive.

Need to sort out where it's coming from first.

Find a stopvalve you can use to shut off the water supply to the machine - there's probably one where the dishwasher is connected to the domestic plumbing. If turning this off stops the water coming in, you probably need a new inlet valve. The ones on dishwashers are generally pretty cheap to replace.

If shutting the water off doesn't stop the inflow, then the only place it can be coming from is siphoning back in from the drain. There's supposed to be either an air gap or an anti-siphon valve where the dishwasher's drain hose goes into the domestic drain. If this gets blocked/stuck, then it can cause dirty water to siphon back into the machine. Check and clear as necessary, then run the machine through on the hottest, longest cycle it's got (in the expectation that not all the water that was sucked in from the drain necessarily started out in the dishwasher).

SHU43 running constantly

Intrrnal leak into base of appliance will make drain pump run constantly.
If appliance fills then dumps water with drain punp then keeps filling/draining sequence then the flow meter could de faulty.

Bosch Dishwaher shy56a

Certainly sounds like the float is stuck in the over filled position or possible a bad float switch. Could also be a bad water fill valve - if you can blow air through it when removed then you need to replace it. You can follow this link to troubleshoot your washer, but note that its not exactly for your model - Good luck!
