Sure as long as they are the right off-set and lug pattern. You will need extremely low profile tires to go on the rim however, something like a 245/35R22.

My 98 Nissan Pathfinder the rims I have already they are aftermarket 20 inch rims but the center hole is too small that's why I need a Wheel Spacers anyone know what size I need

Its very poor practice to have wheels that do not fit the centre for support. Fitting spacers is not the solution and could result in the wheel not being properly centered on the hub, not properly supported and liable to have the nuts loosen during use. My advice is sell them on ebay and get some that fit. Its your only contact with the road.

Fixing speedometer

Try Mazda spares and check as the gears ratio's will be different for each model but the gear itself may still fit in your car. There are ratio change gear boxes from speed shops . These fit onto your gear box and the cable / sender unit fits onto it . The ratios are changed inside the little adaptor.

What size rims will fit a 1990 Buick LeSabre? Right now I have 14" rims and the stock "wire wheel" covers.

Here's what you need to do. You need to get the tire size off of the tire on your vehicle. Lets say its P205/75R14 or something like that. Go to this link, type that size into the tire on the left, then you can change the tire on the right to whatever size you. You will be amazed what will fit on that vehicle. I wouldnt go over 20" rims if i were you. 22's will leave you very little tire and a very bad ride.

Here's some info on your bolt pattern and wheel offset.

1990 Buick LeSabre 5 lug 4.53 inch or 115 mm High Positive Offset

Heres the tire size calculator
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalcold.html

Any question, comment back. If you are looking for 20" rims, 255/30/20 is a common tire that you can find reasonably cheap and lines up perfectly with most vehicles.

22" rims switching to extreme rims

Yes...98% of the time front end shakes come from tires not balanced properly, bent wheels or out-of-round tires. Assuming your problem does not happen when you are accelerating hard or braking you should fall into the 98%. As an added aspect double check for any looseness in the front-end
