My 2003 Brother sewing machine is needle keep on breaking when I try to sew

..

If it continues to break needles, most likely the machine has been knocked out of time. Search for sewing machine timing or take it for repair.

How do I adjust the bar that holds the needle? I ran over straight pins and now the needle keeps hitting the plate

If you are not using a brand new needle, install one now. If there are still issues, the machine has been knocked out of time (happens when hitting pins!).

Search for sewing machine timing or take it for service.

Needle keeps hitting throat plate, even with new needles, and clean machine. It started happening when I was sewing on wool.

Could be the timing or the needle bar is out of alignment. Probably best to take it for service.

Why does the right needle keep breaking in myloc 634d

I agree with John Smeed It could be that the needle is bent or in the wrong way if it keeps on breaking it must be hitting the throat plate or it's timing may be out( a pro job) Also check the needle is in as high as it can go.

I have a singer 3116 sewing machine

here are some suggestions
change the needle--make sure it's turned the right way when inserting
the new needle into the needle bar holder
check for burrs on the needle plate and in the bobbin area
try a different thread, some thread is just not very good

Janome mini heavy duty sewing machine

when you sew keep a eye on the thread take up lever & see if the thread comes off while your sewing, I've had this happen to me & I've been sewing for over 30 years. if this does happen, take a pair of pliers & very gently close the take up lever just alittle but not enough to damage it.
also check the needle to see if it's damaged--if your not sure change the needle--flat side goes to the back of the machine
always make sure the fabric & needle & thread are compatable--the thread must be able to pull thru the needle with out any problem
also check to make sure there are not any burrs on the needle plate or bobbin or bobbin case

Needle keeps breaking Model 150 Euro=Pro Sew Machine

broken needles can happen if you are pulling the fabric through rather thsn letting feed dogs move it, or if stitch setting needs a wide hole foot but you have straight stitch foot on. could also mean timing between needle and shuttle is out of sync.
or needle size is too small for weight of fabric you are sewing.
check out www.sewing.about.com for needle size info and use new needle for each new project.
if yoy suspect timing out take to technician for fulk service.

I have a Disney Brother SE-27OD Embroidery Sewing Machine When I am doing the embroidery the needle comes out I put it in as tight as possible but it keeps happening from time to time.

Make sure you have the flat part of the needle to the back when putting it in and that it's (preferably) a Schmetz embroidery needle with the red band either 75 or 90 or a Schmetz universal 80. Make sure when you install it you can see the top of the needle in the needle slot and all the way up so it's hitting the post before you turn the screw tight. Check the screw each time you sew to make sure it hasn't shaken loose from embroidering.

How to adjust tension on Toyota RS 2000 sewing machine (CB series

Hi
I found a free manual and parts for my Toyota 9090 on this site. http://www.aisin.fr/index3.php?language=en
The only problem is that the manual is in French but some are also available in English. I found it useful for the diagrams etc.
Try the online guides as well as they give help on adjusting tension, replacing bobbins and needles etc.
