Hello,

The reset will always solve the issue. It may have been due to Electromagnetic Interference or Static Electricity.

You can press and hold ALL buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds. After that, simply reset the time/date. All saved information will be stored.

If you are still having a problem feel free to contact Polar Customer Support @ www.polarusa.com.

Hope this helps.

I have a pulsar chronograph 100m the time keeping seems to be ok but, the buttons for stop watch, when stopping the sec,1/20 etc hand are not returning to zero. can u help. richard

Hi,
Thanks for using Fixya.
Try this: pull out crown to the first click, then push and hold button at 2 o'clock. When the hand is adjusted to the desired time, push the crown back in.
If this do not work, do the same using the button at 4 o'clock.

Good Luck and have a nice day.

NO, don't open the back cover you will break the water seal.

Reset the wrist unit. Resetting clears the date and time settings.
Press all buttons except the Light button at the same time until the display is filled with digits. Press OK.

If this does not work, have the batteries checked.

5) Press D once: "MONTH" should be flashing, press C to advance
6) Press D once: "DAY OF WEEK" should be flashing, press C to advance

sounds like the contact inside for the ligt button is stuck on. Remove the back again and take a look at the contact under the light button to see if it is stuck, if so, GENTLY pry it out a bit so it's not touching all the time...
GOOD LUCK

SECTOR CHRONOGRAPH 200 WATCH

That's easy. You need to calibrate it. In normal time mode, pull the crown out all the way and then use the pushers to step it back to the zero position. When finished, push the crown back in. You can also calibrate the sub-dails in a similar fashion.
