The 1 and 2 lights are blinking on the bottom right side of my typewriter. Is it worth it to fix or should we just get a new one? A company would charge us $20. to look at it...not to mention repairs.

Is the typewriter working? If so, you may be receiving false signals. If not working or certain features are a no go, you will have to make a decision whether it is worth to repair those features and at what price.
With repair labor being what it is and with electronics being so reasonable these days, it may be better to replace than fix.

Good day!!!

6 blinks its the clear indication that you have bad power supply board..

That problem is usually cause of faulty capacitors on the power supply board..

Just follow this instruction to fix your TV..

1. Open the back cover of your TV.
2. Look at the power supply board..Its normally connected to the power cord..
3. After that,,try to look at the actual image of capacitors if it is bulged on the top so that you can easily determine the bad capacitors..
4. After that,,try to replaced the bad capacitors using soldering iron and soldering lead..replaced the capacitors only with the same type ratings and value..
5. Some of the capacitors not bulged so its better if have a capacitance meter

We have a panasonic tv, model pt-60lc13, bought new in 2003. we use it less than 1 hr per day (last year we watched 2 movies). today, I turned the tv on, the green power light would blink slowly for...

This sounds like a power supply problem, or a vertical issue. The Panasonic sets are one of the best tv's out there and generally worth fixing, but it will need a tv technician to resolve the issues.

No power, is it worth fixing?

The proper answer to your question is "it depends".

- LCD's have a long operating life compared to Plasma but they will burn out eventually. If this monitor has been used extensively then even having it fixed will not be worth it because the panel may die off in just a few months
- However, if the LCD was seldom used, then it may be worth it to fix it

- LCD panels are also known to be very expensive. If your problem is just electrical then it will probably worth fixing it.
- However, if your problem is with the panel itself, then replacing it is a better alternative because the replacement panel is very expensive and will be almost as much as a new unit.

TV powers off almost immediatly after powering on. Model is KDL-46XBR4, LED blink code is 13 blinks, can you tell me if this is worth fixing or if it should be replaced?

I believe you have a Back Light Failure and you must replace the LCD Panel to fix the problem. The cost of the LCD Panel and the Labor to replace it would cost as much as a new set. I recommend not to invest the money into it.
I hope this helps,

I am looking to have multiple power supplys repaired. Do you guys do this? 3y and Delta power supplys

Generally power supplies are difficult to fix if something's wrong, and it probably would cost more than they're worth. You're better to just spend the money on new ones. They aren't too expensive to replace. Unless it's something visible on the outside like a fraying wire or a broken connector, which can be fixed with a bit of solder and shrink tube or maybe an extra connector, you're better off replacing than repairing.

No image

Sounds like the monitor power supply may be faulty or noisy - most probable cause is that it needs the capacitors changing. If it has an external supply try changing it as that is a cheap fix worth a gamble - if power is internal then change the monitor.
