Question about Computers & Internet
When I try to install a new version of Shield Deluxe, or when I try to uninstall the previous year's version, I end up needing to enter a password to complete either action. But I don't recall ever setting up a password, let alone what the password might be. How do I get around this?

If your browser is asking you for a password it is the site you are connecting too. ExpatShield does not require any authentication. Try re-installing the application and see if you are able to connect. It might also help if you provide screen-shots as I just installed the application and was unable to reproduce your issue.
