Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Nothing goes into my all mail file

Could be a filter directing virtually all mail to another folder. While I would be tempted to say a google algorithm is deciding where to put your mail, another filter may be in place. Alternatively, here is something about Outlook mail leaving an empty folder: http://www.fixkb.com/2013/04/outlook-not-showing-emails-we-didnt-find-anything-to-show-here-but-the-folder-states-there-are-unread-emails.html

Look in Settings->Filters and Settings->Forwarding. Is there anything defined?
Do you access your account with an e-mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Pocomail, etc), phone, notifier, or any other add-on/tool/web-site/etc? Is anything enabled in Settings->POP/IMAP?
Check Settings -> Accounts -> Change Account Settings -> Other Google account settings -> Security -> Account Permissions. Have you given account access to any other web-sites or utilities?
Also, check the Details link below the Inbox (lower/right). What are all the types of account access listed there? (Quoted from Google groups.)

Access Gmail using a different browser, and send a few test messages. Where are they showing up?

Consider when this problem cropped up. Did you use a different device like a phone where some new app was applied to your mail?

I hope this helps.

Can,t opem my e-mail page

Which email account ?
If you currently have an e-mail address or you're thinking about getting one, you need to know how to access your account to check your messages.

Open a new browser and go to your e-mail provider's website.
To ensure that you navigate to the proper site, type your e-mail provider's URL (or website address) into the address bar at the top of the page.

Locate the "Mail" icon on the homepage.
Click on that mail icon and you will be directed to the appropriate sign-in page to access your e-mail inbox.

Provide your correct login details.
You will need to type your username/ID and password into the appropriate boxes and click the button that says "Sign In."

Click on the link that says "Inbox."
Once you click on the inbox link, you will have access to all of your messages, both old and new e-mails.

The unread mail is usually in bold, which makes it easier to identify your new messages.
Simply click on the subject of that e-mail to read your message.

Cant access my hotmail account

Try signing up a new account with your old user name. I lost my hotmail account and amount of customer support could solve my problem. When I did the new account using the old name, all my old emails were there as well as new unread emails. I hope this works for you as well as it worked for me, cheers ...
