You can't do it with a universal remote control. You must have its original remote control, to get int service menu setup. If you have it, and wish to know more, try this link. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

Does anyone have the code for sky remote to tune it in to the sa-ht880 Home theatre I did have it on old remote and the volume button worked but can't find code now :-(

Step 1:

You can set up your old remote very simple.
your old remote should have a "Setup" button.

Step 2:

Next you have to have your T.V/Home Theater on.

Step 3:

While the T.V is on press and hold the "setup" button for 3 seconds on your old remote.
a light should indicate that its on "setup" mode.

Step 4:

while your remote is on setup mode point it to the T.V and press the "Power" button until the device turns off.

Step 5:

Once your T.V turns off you can press "Enter" on your remote will be setup and ready for that T.V.

Can't get the tv to switch from cable to antenna mode using a RadioShack remote or the buttons on tv

It sounds that the front panel controls are locked with your tV. You have to unlock it first, if you want to change its input selections. If you cannot select the inputs by using the remote control [I thing you are using a universal remote control], setup the remote control with an other setup code. All codes to remote control won't work with some functions. You have to search and select, which code give maximum functionality with your TV.

I have a Acer AT3220A television and I want to control it with my Telus remote (AT6400 Universal Remote). Do you have a code that works? Thank you.

hi,
do the following setup in ur remote
1. Turn on the device that you want to assign to a
mode key.
2. Press and hold the appropriate mode key (TV,
DVD, or AUX) on the remote, and then press and
hold the OK key.
3. Release both keys and the mode keys blink twice.
4. Enter the first 4-digit (1041,1192 any one first) setup code for the device using
the numeric keys (0-9) on the remote. The mode key
blinks three times to indicate that the code entry was
accepted.
Notes:
• When an invalid code is entered, the selected
mode key displays a long flash to indicate that
you have not entered the code correctly.
• Should the remote time out before you complete
the code setup, you must start over. This is
indicated by one long flash of the red LED.
5. Point the remote at the device, and press POWER
to test the device.
6. Did the device power off?
ok

How do I setup the wireless remote shutter release

Set the camera's shooting mode to one of the two remote modes. The quick-response remote mode fires the camera when you press the button on the remote. The delayed remote mode gives you two seconds to hide the remote behind your back before firing the camera.

I can not get the tv out of video mode

I found a duplicate of your original remote at remotes.com:
http://www.remotes.com/remotes/servlet/rs?a=Search&o=c&uid=0&m=DWT1905+&uuid=12699661646960

I believe you can also get out of video mode by tapping the menu button on the front of the TV (to the left of the volume down button) then hit the volume up button. Wait 10 seconds and it should be back in the Picture Mode.

I hope this helps.

I need the remote code for the Vizio HD VX32L so that it works with my AT&T Uverse remote control. Everything works but the "mute".

VIZIO HDTV 1004
  1. Power on the device the Member wants to program.
  2. Locate the four digit setup code for the device the Member wants to program from the Manufacturer Code List section.
  3. Press and hold the appropriate Mode key (TV, DVD or AUX) on the remote control.
  4. Without releasing the chosen Mode key, press and hold the OK key simultaneously.
  5. Release both the Mode key and the OK key at the same time.
All the Mode keys should flash twice.
  6. Enter the four digit setup code by pressing the number keys (0-9) on the remote control.
    • The Mode key will flash three times indicating correct entry and return to normal operation.
    • When an invalid code is entered, the selected Mode key will give a long flash to indicate that the Member has not entered the setup code correctly. Start over beginning at step 3.
    • Should the remote control time out before the Member completes the code setup, they will need to start over.
  7. Point the remote control at the programmed device and press the Power key once.
    • The device should turn off.
    • If it does not turn off, repeat steps 2 through 6 trying each code for the brand until the correct code is found.
  8. Repeat steps 1 through 7 to program other devices if needed.
  9. Press the appropriate Mode key on the remote control to work with the selected device. To use the remote control for the Member's U-verse TV Receiver again, have them press the AT&T Mode key.
