Vodavi phone system how do I reset - Lands Phones

Do a system reset. The relay is holding the line. You can try cutting the power to the Control Box first.

The sts system does not work very well with digital communications. But did you try powering down the system and then restarting it? On some of the cases I have worked on the seem to help.

It depends on if it's the voice mail dial by name directory or the directory on the phone system.

You can try unplugging the power supply and phone lines for a few minutes. Then reattach the phone lines and power up to re-boot.
