u can make the security code to default by doing the following....
download the software called p2ktools from net
... and connect your cell to pc it will ask for driver to install then
give the location "drv folder" inside p2k tools.. then just go p2k mode
then give flex ... by flexing your problem may get solved(there will one more option called check for codes from there you can remove codes)..... note: while downloading p2k tools download the old version dont download the new version (new version may be p2k tools3)
that is wierd - you can try the first solution to have it flashed, but 30% that's the answer, somehow your lcd probably burnt out so a simple replacement is required - it would cost about $30-40 for the lcd and the installation
which v262 phone do you have? if it does not say v2622 on the side of the box under the upc. it might have been the model that was recalled.
you should check into that. you might get a new version the the phone which is suposed to be great.
other than that. in some motorola phones you have to push down and slide out.
others you have a little silver sliding lock the you just push to the side.
