How to do a binomial problem on a ti-73 scientific calulator

Terminology: Sorry I see no binomials in your expression. All you have is a sequence of arithmetic operations. That amounts to a monomial of degree 0 (namely a constant term).
Enter your expression on the calculator as you typed it in your question. BTW, you could save yourself a lot of stress by simplifying expressions. They will look doable by hand.
16*1/2=8
1-1/2=1/2
(1-1/2)*16=8
All that is left is
8*6*8-5*8=(48-5)*8=43*8=320+24=344

This is a high end card that needs over $00 watts of power coming from a very good power source. So yes, you need both connectors.

Pc boots and stays on the black screan

The current configuration of the Skystar card is probably trying to use the same interrupt as your video or there is another hardware conflict between your PCI card and something else in the system. Boot into BIOS without the Skystar card in the machine and go to the PCI options. Tell it to reset the PnP information (actually happens on the next reboot). Exit and save the changes but shut off the computer without allowing it to boot up. Install the Skystar card and turn on the computer. The BIOS should reconfigure all of your Plug and Play hardware to automatically eliminate any hardware conflicts and the system should come up normally.
