Won't heat up above 200 degrees.

Try turning off the valve to the tank, then leave the knobs on the grill open for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the grill knobs, slowly, slowly open the valve on the tank. Relight the grill and see if it gets hot.

Is there an online video or written instructions about how to replace a burner on a Broilmaster D4 grill

Unfortunately, the D4 series grill hasn't been around since Martin Industries went bankrupt 8 years ago and Empire Comfort Systems to over Broilmaster. However, today's 'P' or Premium Series is the closest to the old D4 series, as far as burners and burner installation and removal is concerned.

I have included a link to the Owners Manual, which shows how to assemble the grill and install the burner(s). Just do the burner installation in reverse. You can download and print the manual for future reference.

I have a Warm Morning Broilmaster Gas & Grill but I can not find any model number to buy the correct replacement parts? How do I identify the specific parts?

You must have an old Broilmaster Grill, because of you calling it a "Warm Morning Broilmaster
Grill." Martin Industries was the original manufacturer of Broilmaster grills (They also manufactured Warm Morning Heater Stoves, years ago), until they bankrupted about 8 years ago. Then Empire Comfort Systems took over the factory and the distribution of the Broilmaster grills. But, if your grill is that old, there may not be many parts still available. In any event, the following is a link to their website that may help you find the parts you need.

Knobs melt if both burners are set to high for more than 20 minutes in the summer.

Hello,
Well, short of turning the burners down, so they are not on high, you might try wrapping the knobs in aluminum foil to prevent them from melting from the heat. But be careful, they may be hot to the touch, so where oven mitts or use a hand towel to turn it off. If they are melting, you may have some burner issues that need cleaning or replacing. If the grill is several years old, and it only recently has started doing this, then it's time to repair or replace the grill, if not for safety's sake. Hope that helps. Douglas

What the normal temperature operating range indicated on the temp gauge?

195 degrees is the typical high end on the thermostat (when the thermostat opens), so the temp gauge should read a max of 195 degrees, give or take a few degrees. Some people replace their thermostat with a lower temp one, such as a 180 degree one. Then the gauge will read lower (approx 180 degree max). So the range is typically from cold at start to just under 200 degrees.

My grill does not exceed 300 degrees. The rear burner is barely lit, it sputters with a blue flame. The Front and middle burners run well, blue flame no yellow. I changed the regulator with one from home...

Bypass valve need reset. All grills made after 1996 have this valve.
  • Close the LP tank valve
  • Turn all burner control knobs to the OFF position
  • Open the grill lid
  • Turn the LP tank valve until it is completely open
  • Wait 90 seconds
  • Turn the front burner to the HI/Start position
  • Press the igniter until the burner is lit.
  • Turn remaining burners to High
  • Close the lid.
  • The grill should preheat to 500-550 degrees in 10-15 minutes
I called Weber and a rep walk me through it.

Temp

Not sure on your climate.
But a Holland grill cooks cooler in the coller months and Hotter in the hotter months. This type of grill doesn't reach a very high setting approx: 400 degrees. It might reach higher temperatures in the hotter weather 450-475 degrees.

Also, it has to shut down the same way every time you use your grill.

Here is a Tip to fix a grill that not getting hot:
1. Turn the gas valve knob off. then close LP tank valve knob.
2. Unscrew the plastic hose coupling knob from the LP tank. You may hear a slight "hissing" sound as pressure is released this is normal.
3.Wait a minute then screw the coupling knob back on to LP Tank.
4.With lid open.slowly open LP tank valve.
5.Relight the grill the proper way by turning gas valve knob to ON position while turning the igniter knob at the same time.
6.After you are sure the grill is lit preheat the grill for 30 minutes.

This was called purging the line or releasing the air out of the line.

Another thing your orifice could be clogged with spiders or dirt. If it is LP gas check to make sure your hose is not kinked.

Hollands are known for the slow cooking process and a Healthy way of cooking!
