You could contact Facebook support and explain what happened and ask them to restore the account. Another option would be to create a new account. Pages are based on your login email address not your name. Change that from the original mail used and you should be able to use the same name. Example... if you used Kyle@yahoo originally, use a different one to set up a new page.
One way may take a little time. New email address then open a new Facebook account . Then go to your old one become friends. Then Facebook will figure it out. And configure them together. Or contact support from new account tell them they will take it from there.
I do not think it's possible to revert to the old profile pages. Facebook is updating all users to the new timeline automatically. Eventually everyone will have the timeline view.
Here are some useful instructions on how to revert back to the original layout of facebook.
1. Click the link below and add the application. http://www.new.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=2345053339
2. Wrap it all up by clicking the next link below. http://apps.new.facebook.com/?fbnew_opt_out=1
-If you accidentally navigate back to the new Facebook just re-click the second link. (save it somewhere) -Many have recommended logging in and out to confirm it.
