PULL FILTER AND SCREEN OUT CLEAN THOSE 2 PIECES START D/W THE FIRST 15 SEC IT WILL DRAIN AFTER DRAIN MOTOR STOPS IT WILL START TO FILL OPEN DOOR AND POUR 1/2 GALLON OF VINEGAR OR 1 CUP LEMON JUICE RUN ON DELICATE ECONOMY CYCLE LET RUN ALL THE WAY THROUGH. WHAT HAPPNES IS THE D/W IS AIR TIGHT WATER SITS IN THE SUMP AND IF YOU DO NOT RUN THE MACHINE EVERY DAY IN THE SUMMER AND IT IS HOT OUT WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED IT WILL STINK UP A BIT THE OTHER THING YOU CAN DO IS AT NIGHT OR MORNING LET SIT OPEN FOR AN HR TO LET AIR IS TO EVAPORATE. THE VINAGAR OR LEMON JUICE IS GOOD FOR IT IT CLEANS ALL MINERAL DEPOSITS AND WILL KEEP IT FRESH
