Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

In Google Chrome, the settings menu can be accessed by clicking Settings which is 3 horizontal lines in the top right corner of the screen.

How do I change my home page to Google from Ask.com?

I think this is more of a browser setting you need than an email problem.

On Chrome :

Follow these steps to adjust your homepage settings:
  1. Click the Chrome menu snp_9721c573e41777fba43e1498ad084e3b160c_2696434_en_v2 on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
    • Add the home button to the browser toolbar
Homepage button is off by default. Select the "Show Home button" checkbox in the "Appearance" section to show it on the browser toolbar.
    • Set your homepage
When the "Show Home button" checkbox is selected, a web address appears below it. If you want the Homepage button to open up a different webpage, click Change to enter a link. You can also choose the New Tab page as your homepage.

Firefox:
If you want to change your home page customizations, this is the way to do it.
  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select Options
  2. Select the General panel.
  3. Type in the URL in the Home_page textbox

My mail box does not show up on my home page. can you help me?

Certainly we can help you in this issue.

as you have mentioned that your mail box does not show up on my home page that means your homepage has changed or you have sign out from your email.

You have not mention that which email home page you want to be your homepage but no worry there is solution for that.

Whatever email address you have like www.gmail.com or www.yahoo.com or www.charter.net.

first set your email to be your homepage and follow these steps for that:-

  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. On the top click Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. In the Address box, type your home page for example if your homepage is www.gmail.com then type www.gmail.com
  5. Click OK

now close internet explorer and reopen it again.

Now you will have your homepage of your email which you want.

click on email and then log on to your Email account and check the box which says always remember.
